FASCINATION FROM THE FIRST MOMENT
Driven by our passion for wing design, we want to spark your passion for paragliding as well. The PRION 6 has been completely redesigned using our in-house development software, resulting in excellent collapse resistance and improved performance.
Like previous generations, it remains exceptionally easy to fly and offers a very high level of passive safety. Its simple, direct handling makes flying intuitive and fun — helping you take off with confidence and excitement every time.
SOPHISTICATED DESIGN
The strengths of the PRION 6 lie in its detailed and well-thought-out construction. Mini ribs improve performance while reducing brake pressure. Mid cell links in the center of each cell help stabilize the leading edge during flight.
Additional vector tapes and diagonal ribs further enhance shape stability. The leading edge rods run as continuous loops through the rod channels, reducing seams and supporting the Air Scoop principle, which improves cell opening stability during accelerated flight.
Compared to its predecessor, the PRION 6 features more cells (35) and a higher aspect ratio (4.9), delivering better performance and creating ideal conditions for your first thermal flights.
CAREFREE FLYING
The PRION 6 is designed to be easy and forgiving in every phase of flight. Pre-flight preparation is simple thanks to color-coded risers and sheathed lines. During launch, the canopy inflates smoothly and evenly without overshooting.
In the air, the wing offers good roll and pitch stability, pleasant handling, and reliable performance. Staying true to the principle of simplicity, packing is also effortless. With Easy Packing, the nylon rods in the leading edge return to their original shape even after slight bending, ensuring the wing maintains its form.
From launch to landing, the PRION 6 stands out for its easy and stress-free handling — perfect for relaxed flying days.
COMPLETE OVERVIEW
The PRION 6 is equipped with 20 mm wide risers featuring clear and practical markings. Right and left risers are color-coded (green for right, red for left), matching the color system used on our harnesses to prevent incorrect connections.
The risers for Big Ears and B-Line Stall are clearly marked below the maillons. The three line levels (A, B, C) are distinctly color-coded, as are the corresponding risers. This clean and logical layout helps keep everything clear and organized, so you can fully focus on flying.
