REFUND/ RETURN AND LOST IN SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for your support. We love to offer free shipping on most items. We are also happy to accept refunds of items that are in "as new" condition. We do not charge a re-stocking fee. Some special order items do necessitate a 10% restocking fee. Items that are returned with damage or if they are dirty will be subject to evaluation by our staff. We will determine how much we will have to discount said item in order to sell it and that amount will be subtracted from your refund. Please send an e mail to email@example.com if you intend to return and item. Also, please include all of your pertinent information with the return. We will refund all but the cost of shipping the item to you. If you would like to know what this amount would be for any particular item then please contact us. Small items that fit in an envelope are around $8, small boxes around $20. Harnesses are around $35 in the lower 48 states. Gliders are around $65 ( 48 states ). Paramotors are $200. In the event that your item is lost in shipping then Super Fly will not take responsibility for the loss. We will however, do whatever we can to help and we will offer the least expensive replacement that we can manage along with free shipping.
